The amazingly energetic Karen Kay has graciously allowed us to play her track, Faery Feeling, on the Samhain Holiday Special, Part 2 SP05b. You can also hear her wonderful Midsummer Night's Dream on our first Christmas Music Special, SP07, for Christmas 2008. Not only is she, along with her partner Michael Tingle, a talented musician, but she is also the editor of respected FAE (Faery and Enchantment) Magazine which can be found on the FAE Magazine website. Karen has an ethereal voice which will transport you to the realms of the Fey in mere seconds. Thank you, Karen.

Biography

Karen Kay has many strings to her bow! and is a qualified Broadcast and Print Journalist who has worked for the BBC and Two Four Productions in Plymouth. She was the Cornwall Editor for Connect magazine, and has appeared in various magazines including Prediction, Kindred Spirit, Spirit & Destiny, Fate and Fortune, It's Fate, Breathing Space and South West Connections as well as several local and national newspapers.

Daughters of Gaia

Karen also performs as a part of an amazing trio, the Daughters of Gaia. The Daughters of Gaia are the ultimate ''girl power'! well, 'women power' would be more apt! These ladies really know how to party! So, get ready to dance the night away to tribal and techno dance rhythms overlaid with lush dynamic vocals. They are by no means understated in their approach to performance and dress, and always put on a visual and aural spectacular!
